Sydney Metro Deliveries:
For deliveries to the Sydney Metro area where our own team of delivery drivers assist you with your delivery, it is important that someone is at home to receive the delivery on the day arranged by the DJC team. No specific time of delivery can be provided. If no person is present to accept the goods on the scheduled delivery day, the customer will be charged for the re-delivery. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the products being delivered will fit through any doorways or hallways at your premises, including stairways and lifts, ensuring that the path to the delivery point is free and clear of obstacles. If you do not advise us in advance of any potential obstacles, your delivery will not be attempted and your furniture will be returned to our warehouse. Any subsequent delivery attempts will be made at the customer's expense. Our drivers do not unpack or assemble items and all packing and wrapping materials are your responsibility and will be left at the delivery premises. After receiving the goods, please inspect them thoroughly and contact DJC Furniture & Bedding immediately if there are any issues.
Any damage to property must be reported to the delivery driver and recorded at the time of delivery.
Our basic service includes delivery to the ground floor (additional charges will apply otherwise), our drivers do not unpack or assemble items and all packing and wrapping materials are your responsibility and will be left at the delivery premises.
A VIP full service delivery including unpacking of your furniture, assembly and disposal of packaging materials can be arranged for you if require, this service must be coordinated in advance of delivery and is only available in the Sydney Metro area (charges apply). DJC Furniture & Bedding can arrange to deliver your furniture Australia wide. Delivery costs are calculated based on your postcode as well as volume and weight of the product and will vary between products. Customers outside of Sydney Metro please email us at email@example.com with your address and interested product for a competitive shipping rate.
All products are inspected prior to delivery and are exceptionally well packaged for transport.
Pick-Up and Collection Options
Collection from our warehouse is available to all customers and free. Please note we require you to contact us on (02) 9602 0048 with your invoice number at least 1 hour prior to pick up. Upon collection of goods an original sales invoice must be presented and ID must be supplied.. Payment must be made in full prior to collection of goods.
Collection of goods is at your own risk. Please inspect your goods thoroughly, we will not accept claims for scratches, indentations, marks, missing colour or any other damage once you have collected the goods
Due to OH&S our staff are not able to assist in from lifting furniture outside of our premises, securing furniture using ropes, ties or any other mechanism.
We are unable to provide rope, blankets and any other material required to protect and secure your goods, these materials must be brought by the customer.
